When you use a form on our sites we collect what you enter — such as your name, business, email, phone number, ZIP code and message. We use it to reply to you and to provide the service you asked about.
If you ask to be contacted about a home, we share your details with the one licensed real estate agent named on the form at the time you submit it, and we keep a record of your consent (its exact wording, the time and your IP address). We do not share or sell your details to anyone else. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
We contact businesses using publicly available business contact information. Every email we send includes our postal address and a way to unsubscribe; unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and permanently.
We use trusted providers to run our services — for example email hosting, web hosting, and data and AI tools that help us research businesses and draft and sort messages. They process information only on our behalf.
We count visits to our website without cookies, using an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so we can see how many people visit and which pages they read. Some of our service emails contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether the email was opened or a link was clicked.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we protect it with encryption in transit and restricted access.

Our services are for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13.
